The conference sessions and most other activities will be based from the Delta Waterfront hotel. Since the early-bird registration has passed, the Delta Hotel can no longer hold the block of rooms for the conference. Please book your room here A.S.A.P. if you want to have your accommodations directly at the conference location.
Several other hotels, clustered in the Thunder Bay North Core (Downtown Port Arthur), are listed below to provide other options based on price and distance to various amenities.
Delta Hotel – The only hotel built right on the Thunder Bay waterfront, the Delta Waterfront is the location for the conference sessions and muster point for the field trips. The hotel is offering rooms with either one King size bed or 2 Queen size beds for $240/night. We will need sufficient early-bird registrations in order to guarantee this rate.

Prince Arthur Hotel – An original “railway hotel” just across the railway tracks from the marina and conference location. Provides a more affordable option right in the heart of downtown Port Arthur (Thunder Bay’s north core).
Court House Hotel – A boutique hotel located about 4 blocks from the waterfront within easy walking distance to downtown amenities.
Superior Shores Hotel – Newly renovated hotel with easy access to the waterfront and downtown Port Arthur.
Haven Hostel – A great budget option just a couple blocks from the conference site and close by downtown shops, restaurants, and bars.
